Set around the story of £10,000 being lost through inefficiencies, delays, missed opportunities, and unclear processes, players become the company’s Recovery Team, tasked with solving workplace challenges and recovering as much value as possible.
As teams move across the board, they draw Challenge Cards and Chance Cards, respond to realistic business scenarios, and work together to propose clear, practical solutions within a set time limit. Successful ideas earn back gold coins and move the team closer to the vault. While the team with the most recovered value wins the game, the real purpose of The Heist is to spark innovative thinking, encourage collaboration, and generate ideas that can lead to real improvements within the organisation.
Each player takes on a unique role, such as The Detective, The Hacker, The Mastermind, or The Customer Advocate, helping teams look at problems from different perspectives and create more balanced, effective solutions.
